Four Years Later

This year February 26th kind of creeped up me since I've been dealing with all this pregnancy junk.

It's hard to believe that it's been four years since I had to say good bye so tragically to one of my very best friends. The loss still stings, but I have to say that God does heal. My wounds are healing - I've found myself crying less this year then in the past. I still grieve for what could have been for James.

I am not sure what I else I can say this year...I still don't know if my words could ever make anyone fully understand the impact his life and his death have had on me.

Today I pull this quote from the post I wrote the year after James' passing. It sums things up for me today.
