This number has been haunting me for the past two days. Not only did that dang Wii Fit say I was…urgh…I can’t believe it said this…it said I was OBESE! Then the piece of poo turned around and said that my body age is 48!
48? I am not even 33 yet!
I really think a guy created this! JAG got on and his body age is younger then he is…URGH even more!
So needless to say this has fueled my “gotta get healthy” kick even more. I have been walking at night and during lunch. For the past two days I have been eating the way I should, but now today I feel like some has run me over with a truck. I think my body is flipping out because I am actually making it work.
I want to be healthy…how did I get to this? Oh I can sum it up: McDonalds, BJS cookie things, Girl Scout Cookies and Taco Bueno! I have got to gain some better eating habits.
On that note I have been looking into Vegetarianism. I did not realize there were so many options regarding what type of vegetarian you can be.
You can be…
A lacto-vegetarian and eat diary, but not eat eggs (I don’t like eggs except for in cake J)
An ovo-vegetarian and eat eggs, but no diary.
A vegan and eat no animal products. This mean you don’t even eat honey. If an animal produces it you don’t eat it. There is also Raw Veganism wish includes only fresh and uncooked fruit, nuts, seeds and vegetables.
A semi-vegetarian and your diet would consist largely of vegetarian foods, but may include fish and sometimes poultry, as well as dairy products and eggs.
Then there are a couple that are way too out there for this girl.
Fruitarianism – this diet permits only fruit, nuts, sees, and other plant matter that can be gathered without harming the plant.
Su Vegetarianism – This diet excludes all animal products as well as vegetables in the allium family (which have the characteristic aroma of onion and garlic). So no onions, garlic, scallions, leeks or shallots.
I think this girl is a or will try for now to be a semi-vegetarian…eventually I will go into being a lacto-vegetarian.
Until then I will still get on the Wii even though it insults me.
